Project Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Boulder, CO.Roles and Responsibilities:Program Leadership & Delivery:

• Lead the end-to-end program delivery for the migration of case management processes from ServiceNow to Salesforce Service Cloud
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across business, technology, architecture, integration, data migration, testing, and change management teams
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment, accountability, and delivery against program milestones
• Drive execution with a focus on measurable business outcomes rather than activity-based metrics

Business Value Realization:

• Establish and track KPIs tied directly to the approved business case and transformation objectives
• Measure program success against expected operational, financial, and customer experience outcomes
• Provide ongoing reporting and recommendations to leadership regarding benefit realization and program health
• Ensure strategic decisions align with business objectives and long-term organizational goals

Agile & SAFe Program Management:

• Lead SAFe-based program governance and execution practices
• Facilitate and support Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions and cross-team dependency management
• Ensure Agile teams remain aligned on priorities, objectives, risks, and delivery commitments

Stakeholder & Executive Communication:

• Act as the primary liaison to executive leadership, Architecture Review Board (ARB), business stakeholders, and project sponsors
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, status updates, risk assessments, and program performance metrics
• Present benefits, business justification, and strategic alignment of program decisions to governance bodies

Governance & Planning:

• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, risk registers, dependency tracking, and governance artifacts

Skills

• 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
• Proven experience managing Salesforce Service Cloud or CRM transformation programs
• Experience leading migrations from legacy platforms or case management systems to Salesforce
• Strong knowledge and practical application of SAFe Agile framework and Agile delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated success facilitating PI Planning, dependency management, and cross-functional program execution
• Experience developing and managing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience presenting program status, risks, and business value realization metrics to senior leadership and governance boards
• Strong vendor management and multi-workstream coordination experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certifications
• Salesforce ecosystem experience and understanding of Service Cloud capabilities
• Experience within customer service, contact center, or case management transformation initiatives
• Experience leading programs involving multiple implementation partners and system integrators

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
