Full-Cycle B2B Sales | Business Development | HR Solutions
Are you a proven B2B sales professional who knows how to prospect, build relationships, and close business ?
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join an established Human Capital Management organization serving businesses with comprehensive HR solutions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and workforce management.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a hunter environment and wants strong earning potential through base compensation, uncapped commissions, and long-term residual income .
What You’ll Do
- Develop and close new B2B business throughout the Los Angeles, CA market
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship development
- Own the full sales cycle , from initial outreach and discovery through closing and client onboarding
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand clients' HR and workforce challenges
- Present PEO, ASO, payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, and workforce solutions
- Deliver compelling presentations to business owners, executives, and C-level decision-makers
- Develop referral relationships with brokers, strategic partners, and local business networks
- Collaborate with internal teams on deal strategy, implementation, and client onboarding
- Maintain strong client and partner relationships to generate repeat and referral opportunities
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience within HCM, PEO, payroll, HR technology, SaaS, benefits, or a related solution-based sales environment is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Experience developing referral partnerships and professional networks
- Comfortable selling directly to executives and business owners
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven with a true hunter mentality
- Ability to independently develop and manage a territory
- High School Diploma required
