Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This position is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and advising on commercial real estate opportunities, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing strategies for DRU’s funds, syndications, and select clients. Day-to-day activities include market research, financial analysis of properties, preparation of investment and marketing materials, and coordination of property tours and client meetings. The advisor will manage client relationships, negotiate transaction terms, and collaborate closely with internal teams, including investment, legal, and property management. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to support informed decision-making and client outcomes. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Property, with practical experience in transaction advisory or brokerage. Experience in Real Estate and Sales, demonstrating a track record of originating, negotiating, and closing deals. Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, ROI/IRR calculations, and comparative market studies. Familiarity with Los Angeles commercial real estate markets and relevant zoning, regulatory, and permitting considerations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional presentations and reports. High level of integrity, professional judgment, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; real estate license in California strongly preferred.
