Our Advisors work alongside top-tier legal, financial, and investment experts, offering unparalleled support and earning potential. Who We’re Looking For We are actively seeking highly driven Residential and Commercial Advisors to join our brokerage. Whether you specialize in luxury homes, investment properties, multi-family assets, or development sites, DRU provides the tools, mentorship, and deal flow to help you close more deals and maximize earnings.
What You’ll Do For Residential Advisors:
● Represent high-end buyers, sellers, and investors in competitive markets
● Specialize in investment-focused transactions, helping clients build long-term wealth through real estate ● Leverage our in-house marketing and design teams to elevate listings and attract premium clients
● Cultivate relationships with repeat clients, investors, and developers for long-term business growth
For Commercial Advisors:
● Identify and acquire multi-family assets and development sites that align with our investment strategy
● Work with our in-house legal, financial, and brokerage experts to structure and close complex deals
● Build strong relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors
● Stay ahead of market trends to identify new investment opportunities What You Bring 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial real estate
Must have an active CA Real Estate license Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to succeed
