Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical investigations, and drive quality excellence in our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quality control plans to ensure product conformance and manufacturing continuity.
- Lead investigations into production and customer-facing quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze product performance using statistical and risk-based approaches.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting of customer returns and manufacturing nonconformities.
- Communicate complex technical problems and solutions across various organizational levels.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor's Degree with Engineering or Physical Science coursework.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, critical thinking, and prioritization abilities.
Preferences
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.
- 0-3 years' experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
- ASQ Certification (e.g., CQA, CQE, CQM).
