Registered Nurse - Dialysis

$2105.28/week - Job Summary: The Dialysis RN is responsible for delivering high-quality hemodialysis treatments within the dialysis unit, ensuring patient safety and comfort. They work collaboratively with the healthcare team to manage End-Stage Renal Disease and Acute Kidney Injury patients. Responsibilities: Perform hemodialysis procedures efficiently and accurately according to established protocols. Monitor patient responses during treatment and adjust therapies as needed. Document treatment details and patient progress accurately in the electronic medical record, Epic. Collaborate with physicians and team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols. Attend mandatory orientation shifts and participate in ongoing staff training. Qualifications: Hold an active, valid RN license with dialysis experience. Possess BLS certification. Demonstrate experience with End-Stage Renal Disease and Acute Kidney Injuries. Display strong patient assessment skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible shifts including 8 and 12-hour days, including weekends and holidays.
