Order Admin Manager

At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology. Role Summary Act as a Senior OM Rep for Hardware-related operational activities. Actively liaise with the QTC (Quote to Cash) teams on HW process and updates. Follow up and proactively work with the HSV team, Logistics, Sales Finance, and other internal groups for order and billing matters. Requires some accounting knowledge or experience. Perform Order Administration to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Perform all bookings, billings, and license activities, including complex and escalated cases. Bookings: Create, validate, correct, and troubleshoot sales bookings across quote-to-cash internal systems. Billings: Generate, review, adjust, and follow up on customer invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Licenses: Create and provide customer support for license entitlements. Handle invoice delivery through portals, government platforms, SAP PDF, and signed hard‑copy dispatch. Maintain and manage customer master data, access rights, and VAR and University account creation processes. Process Credit Adjustment Forms (CAF) with accuracy, audit readiness, and timely processing. Participate in and oversee UAT activities to ensure operational readiness for system releases and provide feedback on operational impacts. Work closely with Sales Finance, Revenue Accounting, IT, BU Finance, Credit & Collections, and other internal customers. Actively handle internal and external customer email queries on a daily basis. The annual salary range for California is $126,000 to $234,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation including bonus, equity, and benefits.
