About the Role As a Nurse Practitioner , you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality preventative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. This hybrid role combines on-site visits with remote work from home, supported by a dedicated scribe team for efficient documentation. You will build strong relationships with the facility, maintain a patient-centered approach, and collaborate with our clinical team to provide exceptional care.
