Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe are hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for our overnight shift! This role is responsible for performing preventative and reactive maintenance on automated food production and packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience and be comfortable working with industrial automation systems.Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMPay: $25 - $34 / hourResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair industrial bakery and packaging equipmentDiagnose and repair electrical systems, including motors, relays, sensors, contactors, switches, and VFDsPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipmentTroubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systemsRepair conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, drive systems, and other manufacturing machineryRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsProgram and troubleshoot basic VFD applicationsSupport equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projectsEnsure compliance with OSHA, Arc Flash, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and food safety standardsRespond quickly to production downtime issues and prioritize maintenance callsMaintain accurate maintenance documentation and parts inventory recordsAssist with sanitation efforts and production startup activitiesQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required3+ years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environmentExperience troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480VStrong mechanical troubleshooting skillsExperience with pneumatic and hydraulic systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematicsWorking knowledge of: PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred)VFDsConveyorsMotors and 3-phase motorsPhoto-eye sensorsIndustrial electrical systemsLadder logicMachinery wiringLockout/Tagout proceduresWork EnvironmentFood manufacturing facilityExposure to freezer, refrigerated, and oven/furnace areasFast-paced production environmentBenefitsComprehensive benefits packageProfit-sharing programOpportunity to work with advanced automated manufacturing equipmentApply today if you have strong industrial maintenance experience and are looking for a stable long-term opportunity with a great company!
