$55,000 - $65,000 based on performance
Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing
Connect with Clients - Engage with prospective customers who have already shown interest in our services.
Understand Their Needs - Listen, assess, and recommend tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals
Manage Client Accounts - Ensure seamless plan updates, billing support, and personalized recommendationS
Enhance Customer Experience - Provide a smooth, hassle-free process while continuously improving our services.
Qualifications:
What It Takes to Succeed:
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with a reliable internet connection and a laptop or iPad.
