Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This role focuses on building relationships, resolving questions, and ensuring a positive, consistent experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide accurate information about services, programs, and next steps
- Resolve client questions in a timely and professional manner
- Track client interactions and maintain organized records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
