Senior System Administrator

As our Senior System Administrator, you'll own the day-to-day operation, security, and continuous improvement of LEAP’s hybrid infrastructure, administering our cloud environments, improving and securing LEAP’s network, and implementing cybersecurity initiatives aligned with NIST CSF and CMMC frameworks. • S ecure and maintain the network fabric
• Manage endpoint tools
• Backup/DR and asset/licensing lifecycles
• Replace and maintain network in old HQ
• Build and maintain network infrastructure in new HQ
• Deploy new computers and equipment for new hires

• Strengthen network security, performance, and availability through segmentation and secure remote access

• Ensure critical systems and data can be reliably restored after an outage or incident
• Deliver infrastructure projects that translate business needs into secure, reliable solutions

What You Bring to the Team Required Skills Experience administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, and AWS Experience with Fortinet firewalls, VPN, switching, routing, VLANs, and wireless networking Knowledge of endpoint tools like Microsoft Intune and SentinelOne Experience managing IT assets and software licensing with a detail-oriented approach Excellent customer service with LEAP employees, outside partners, and contractors Bonus Points Certifications such as Microsoft 365, Fortinet NSE, or Security+ Experience in a CMMC or similarly regulated environment (e.g., aerospace, defense) Compensation The estimated salary range for this role reflects various compensation factors. The final offer depends on factors such as work experience, education, training, key skills, and business needs.
