You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Deposit Pricing and Analysis Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining analytical models, pricing frameworks, and performance analyses to support and inform pricing recommendations for retail deposit products and services. This role monitors portfolio performance, customer behavior, market conditions, and competitive trends to evaluate pricing effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization. This role partners with business leaders and key stakeholders to recommend pricing strategies to balance profitability, deposit growth, customer retention, and market competitiveness while aligning with the bank's overall strategic objectives.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelops, analyzes, and recommends retail deposit pricing actions to senior leadership and governance committees, supported by data-driven analyses, forecasting, and profitability assessmentsDesigns, prepares, and analyzes reports to provide management with an understanding of account and balance trends relating to pricing changes (fees or rates)Analyzes balance trends, interest expense, and competition to prepare and support rate pricing recommendations and decisions for the Deposit Rate CommitteeDevelops and analyzes pricing models used to make future fee pricing recommendations and decisionsPrepares deposit balance forecasts to inform governance committees and the budgeting/forecasting processesMaintains any vendor relationships for competitive intelligence, models, or other needsManages a small team of analystsThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor's degreeTen (10) years of experience in financial analysis and product pricingThree (3) years of management experienceExperience developing, maintaining, and interpreting financial models used to support business decisionsPreferencesMaster’s degreeKnowledge of the financial services industryExperience presenting recommendations to executive leadership and governance committeesSkills and CompetenciesAbility to analyze and synthesize large amounts of data into useable decision support toolsAbility to negotiate and influenceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsThis position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. The locations available for this role are Birmingham, AL or Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC.Position TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum:$141,494.00 USDMedian:$179,330.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan.
