Job Overview GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Supervisor - Tactical (Branch) in the San Fernando Valley. Full-time, 40 hours per week with swing/overnight shifts. Benefits Site location: San Fernando Valley Coverage Schedule: Full-time 40 hours; swing/overnight shift (details to be discussed in interview) Competitive hourly wage of $24 per hour (DailyPay available for employees) Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities with GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities Drive company vehicle from Burbank office Become proficient in all company software systems related to onboarding, scheduling and financial operations Cover area from downtown Los Angeles to San Fernando Valley Perform site and officer inspections Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity React quickly to threats or incidents Oversee inspections, training and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations across assigned accounts Collaborate with MSS, CSMs, Project Managers and Site Supervisors to develop staffing schedules and fill open shifts Provide hands-on leadership, including recruiting new supervisors and promoting Special Response Officers (SROs) for career advancement Occasionally fill account posts for specific shifts and deliver patrol services to designated accounts (tactical engagement) Foster a culture of servant leadership and employee engagement by modeling company values and promoting high performance standards Achieve key goals: 100% shift coverage, regular personnel inspections and training, and recruiting to maintain full staffing levels Ensure 100% compliance with GardaWorld’s mandatory requirements and operational standards Qualifications Minimum 2 years of security supervision experience At least 21 years of age Valid driver’s license Authorized to work in the U.S. Documentation of high school diploma or GED State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security training (additional training can be obtained during hiring) First-aid certification (asset) Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift Previous security, military or law-enforcement experience preferred Employment Policy Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
