Packaging Technician - Night Shift

High-Performance Team MemberWork as a High-Performance Team member supporting all aspects of team performance in order to produce a high-quality product in a safe environment while complying to all Haleon policies and procedures in accordance with FDA regulations.Key Responsibilities:Operate the packaging lines in the packaging department on a daily basis.Perform routine quality checks to ensure that the products are in accordance with the specification.Perform routine safety checks to ensure that the equipment is in a safe condition for operation.Ensure processes quality and compliance in accordance with established procedures and standards of the Quality System.Comply with and support the Haleon Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.Achieve Performance target for Packaging Lines.Participate in RCA for deviations.Participate in RCA for problems/breakdowns that occur on equipment.Perform and assist with preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance on packaging production lines.Perform and assist with packaging production lines change overs to meet department needs.Perform and assist with 5S and cleaning activities to always meet good manufacturing practices.SAP functions-Batch reconciliation, Cycle Count, Material Movements, Confirmation, and Inventory control.Why You?Basic Requirements:High School Diploma or GED equivalent1+ years of experience in a production environmentPreferred RequirementsTechnical degree or certification preferredSAP experience preferredGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work and succeed in a team environmentAbility to lift 5-25 lbs. frequently and occasionally lift drums, bags and cases weighing up to 50 lbs.Demonstrated good oral and written communications skillsTeam oriented and flexible, able to adapt to changing assignmentsHighly motivated and self-driven with a desire to continuously improve own skill set.
