Compressor Technician

Job Title

Competitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $23.00/hr. to $40.00+/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do:

• Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing air compressors, desiccant dryers, and refrigerated dryers with proper tools and parts to promote efficient, factory approved methods for servicing equipment.
• Provide detailed failure analysis as well as equipment/system recommendations to improve reliability and/or performance.
• Completing digital work order reports detailing work performed and other required paperwork.
• Projecting a positive and professional image of OTC Industrial Technologies to customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Excellent technical and mechanical skills.
• Maintain a company issued service vehicle through HOLMAN fleet services.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Oil Flooded Rotary Screw Air Compressor Experience
• Oil Free Rotary Screw Air Compressor Experience
• Experience working on Atlas Copco, Quincy, Sullair, Kaeser, Ingersoll-Rand, Gardner Denver, Chicago Pneumatic, etc.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be coachable.
• A self-starter and highly motivated person
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and organized work habits allowing unsupervised work.
• A commitment to the concept of "doing it right the first time"
• Technically knowledgeable, conscientious, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Able to confidently navigate iPhone, iPad, and laptops
• Valid Driver's License, must be able to complete a drug test and background check.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend for long periods of time repeatedly.
• High school diploma or GED degree

Preferred Knowledge / Skills:

• Experience working on Atlas Copco, Quincy, Sullair, Kaeser, Ingersoll-Rand, Gardner Denver, Chicago Pneumatic, etc.
• Oil-Flooded Rotary Screw Air Compressor experience
• Oil-Free Rotary Screw Air Compressor experience
