We are looking for both Male and Female DSPs for full-time and part-time positions. Schedule M-W & Fridays 10am-2pm, Thurs 10am-1pm. Pay Starting Pay Rate: $17-$24 per hour. Flexible schedules! Responsibilities Provide personalized 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities over the age of 21. Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation. Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and empowerment. Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies as directed by supervisors. Engage in meaningful activities and community integration opportunities with individuals to enhance their quality of life.
