Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: Staten Island, Brookyn, Bronx, Queens - New York
Pay: $17–$19/hour
Full Time and Per Diem Shifts
We are looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Help people live safely, learn new skills, and enjoy more independence in a group home setting .
Job Duties:
- Assist with daily living skills, recreation, and social activities
- Help with personal care and household tasks
- Administer medications (with training/certification)
- Support with meals and feeding as needed
- Report safety issues or concerns right away
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience
- CPR, First Aid
- Certifications (AMAP, SCIP-R) preferred
