Med Surg / MCU - Registered Nurse (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7P–7A) | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / MCU setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to the care team as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and clinical standards throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida or a compact state license
• Current BLS certification required
• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical or similar inpatient setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with MCU or step-down level care
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced clinical environments
