Position Summary AusperBio is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Business Operations Associate to support day-to-day business operations and administrative activities. This junior-level position will provide exposure to multiple areas of Business Operations, including business systems, vendor coordination, operational and finance-related support, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional activities. The individual will receive guidance and training while gradually taking ownership of routine operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, ethical, willing to learn, and able to follow through on assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day Business Operations activities, general administrative needs, and recurring operational workflows. Maintain business and operational data in Oracle NetSuite and other company systems. Support routine business and finance-related operational activities, including data entry, transaction processing, record maintenance, and system updates. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding documentation, status updates, and outstanding items. Execute vendor onboarding, purchasing, and other operational processes under the direction of the Business Operations Manager. Maintain organized business records, supporting documentation, and departmental files. Prepare periodic reports and spreadsheets, and gather data from internal stakeholders and systems. Assist with audit, compliance, and internal-control documentation requests as needed. Support special projects and other Business Operations activities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 1+ years of relevant professional experience preferred. Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Life Sciences, or another relevant business, scientific, or quantitative field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize assigned tasks. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, business documentation, data, and business systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications. Ability and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and business concepts. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle NetSuite or another ERP/business system preferred, but not required. Previous experience supporting vendors or business operations preferred. Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or another regulated industry is a plus. Development Opportunity This role provides an opportunity to build practical experience across multiple areas of Business Operations, including business systems, vendor coordination, finance-related operational support, reporting, internal controls, and cross-functional operations. Over time, the individual will gradually take ownership of routine responsibilities and broaden their understanding of corporate operations within a growing life sciences organization.
