Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Full-time Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) based near Benson, AZ, providing comprehensive respiratory care across acute, emergency, and critical care settings. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and ventilator support.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor respiratory status, and respond to changes in condition.
• Manage mechanical ventilators and assist with airway management.
• Conduct arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and interpret results.
• Provide emergency respiratory care in ER and ICU settings.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatments.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Active Arizona Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Preferred Skills:

• Acute care experience
• Emergency room (ER) and intensive care unit (ICU) support
• Experience with mechanical ventilation and airway management
