Clinical Account Executive, Oncology - Las Vegas, NV

Field-based Clinical Account Executive role reporting to Senior District Manager, leading oncology territory strategy across Las Vegas and Salt Lake City regions. Combines clinical expertise with business acumen to drive patient outcomes and brand objectives for CLL and NHL products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and customer needs
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and account stakeholders
- Deliver clinically sound, compliant customer engagements demonstrating deep scientific expertise
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to coordinate customer experiences and optimize execution
- Evaluate territory performance using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years sales experience in pharma, biotech, medical device, or diagnostics
- Demonstrated competitive selling skills and ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with persistence in challenging environments
- Valid driver's license, ability to pass drug screening, and meet safe driving requirements
- Preferred: Oncology experience in hematologic malignancies and bachelor's degree
