Associate Director, Finance Future Fit

Associate Director leading finance transformation initiatives across Commercial Finance at AbbVie. Responsible for executing enterprise-wide process improvements, implementing tools and systems, managing stakeholder alignment, and directing a team focused on technology solutions and operational agility.

Responsibilities

Lead Commercial Finance transformation initiatives across process, tools, business partnership, and people experience themes
Execute project plans and timelines for finance capability initiatives with cross-functional alignment
Establish data governance structures and implement visualization and collaboration tools
Coordinate communications, change management, and standard operating procedures for transformation program
Manage team focused on tools and technology solutions for process agility and simplification

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
8+ years progressive finance experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Effective performance in matrix environments
Advanced leadership and team building capabilities
Strong communication and influencing skills
CPA and/or MBA preferred
