Legal Counsel

We don’t follow formats. We shape them. We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits. We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team on-site in Valencia, Spain . The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the iGaming industry and independently handle complex commercial and corporate matters, support cross-functional teams, and ensure the business meets all regulatory and operational requirements. Responsibilities Draft and review a wide range of legal agreements, including commercial contracts (Marketing Agreements, IOs, T&Cs, License Agreements) and corporate agreements (Share Purchase Agreements, NDAs, Service Agreements). Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to technology platforms, payment solutions, PSPs, banking partners, affiliates, and B2B integrations. Conduct advanced contract negotiations and independently finalize complex agreements. Perform legal research and liaise with external counsel or outsourced providers to obtain relevant information. Review and advise on data protection and privacy-related agreements. Provide in-house legal support across multiple operational areas while ensuring alignment with business needs and industry regulations. Act as a key internal contact for cross-departmental legal queries, offering practical, business-oriented legal advice. Requirements Law degree, preferably from a common law jurisdiction. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a commercial environment. Strong familiarity with data protection and privacy laws. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Proven experience in the iGaming industry Proven ability to manage a broad in-house legal portfolio, including commercial, regulatory, marketing, and finance-related matters. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to provide practical, business-focused legal solutions. Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. High level of professionalism, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including product, finance, compliance, risk, and marketing.
