Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Recent experience working as an RN in an Emergency Room setting
• Proficiency in triage, emergency assessments, and rapid decision-making
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Familiarity with electronic health records and emergency protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt and effective nursing care to patients presenting with acute or life-threatening conditions
• Accurately assess patient needs, prioritize care, and initiate appropriate interventions
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practitioners, and fellow RNs in a fast-paced environment
• Document patient observations, interventions, and responses clearly and efficiently
• Provide support, education, and reassurance to patients and their families during stressful circumstances
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency procedures, equipment use, and hospital protocols
