The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for leading the housekeeping team and ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role supports daily operations by inspecting rooms, coordinating team assignments, training staff, and helping create a positive experience for both guests and team members. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and committed to maintaining quality standards while fostering a productive and supportive work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel environment
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and guest-service focused
