Executive Chef 2

Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to manage production for Piedmont Macon Medical in Macon GA. This individual need to be able to lead a diverse team in a high volume of production for retail, patient's physician dining and catering. Must be able maximize quality and efficiencies. What You'll Do:

• Lead culinary team under direction of General Manager

• Oversee daily food production across patient dining, café, and catering

• Manage production planning and operational controls

• Ensure compliance with Sodexo culinary standards, recipes, and food quality

• Monitor and control labor and food costs

• Develop menus and manage inventory

• Oversee food cost management

• Prior culinary management experience in a high-volume healthcare environment

• Strong food production planning and food cost management experience

• Proficient in computer systems and software

• Full knowledge of HACCP standards

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
