As Project Coordinator, you will work as a customer liaison to provide excellent customer service in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.Overview of Your Daily Tasks:Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotationsComplaints and scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-upInitiate telephone calls to customers to confirm and specify details on sales ordersCodes and inputs customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the computer systemCreates sales tickets for buildersResearch credits, returns, and late payments as needed; Complies with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendanceSkills/Experience to Help You Succeed in This Role:1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.High School Diploma/GED/College required.Knowledge of Microsoft office, excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Positive attitude and drive to succeed.Benefits of Working with Our Team:Medical, Dental and Vision coverage401KPaid HolidaysVacation and Personal TimeEmployee appreciation eventsFlooring Services and our affiliated entities are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
