Travel Respiratory Therapist - Registered RT/RRT

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a night shift teaching hospital position requiring adult and general pediatric inpatient experience.

Job Details

• Inpatient respiratory therapy unit within Respiratory Care Services department,
• Patient population includes adult, adult ICU, adult ED, and general pediatric cases (no NICU or PICU requirement),
• 12-hour night shift schedule, 36 hours per week,
• Shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM,
• Weekend coverage as needed,
• No call requirements,
• No block schedules offered,
• Schedule flexibility required,
• Bi-weekly orientation held on Mondays,
• Epic EMR experience required,

Job Requirements

• Must hold RRT credential; CRT will not be accepted,
• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and AHA PALS certifications required,
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required,
• Teaching hospital experience required,
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years required,
• Prior travel experience preferred,
• License required if applicable,
• Reliable personal transportation strongly recommended due to limited public transit access,
