Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to consistently and professionally connect with prospective customers via phone and email to set and confirm appointments; following up on no show customers.
• Ability to utilize a prospect development system through the Customer Relationship Management software (eLead).
• Ability to maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to be responsible for meeting customer appointment goals.
• Ability to be responsible for meeting customer appointment goals.
• Ability to partner with Internet Sales Manager and Management Team to provide near-real-time quotes to customer inquiries.
• Ability to build a working knowledge of the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product.
