Customer Service Agent/Reservationist

Job Description Position is responsible for fielding inbound calls and emails and booking solutions that meet clients transportation needs and expectations. Job Qualifications Technical proficiency with computer (microsoft) and phones is a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Prior transportation, event, or, hospitality sales experience is helpful. Schedule flexibility is valued. Knowledge of DFW Metroplex geography is helpful. Customer Service Attitude Deliver World-Class Service by cultivating and maintaining relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners. Maintain positive, upbeat telephone demeanor. Willingness to field high-volume of client inquiries. Accountability Thoroughly understand company capabilities as regards, fleet, personnel, safety, and regulatory environment. Ensure all client requests and inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner. See the "Big Picture" by maintaining pricing and logistical integrity; ensure "win-win" outcomes.
