Grants Manager: Proposals, Grants Tracking & Donor Stewardship

Out Professionals is seeking a Grants Manager who will coordinate grant proposals, manage an annual portfolio of 40-50 grants, and collaborate with leadership teams. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in communication or related fields and have at least 2 years of experience in grant proposal writing. Responsibilities include writing proposals, conducting prospect research, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements.
