Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrician role based at CFL Flooring’s facility in Adairsville, GA. The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment supporting flooring manufacturing operations, including machinery, control panels, and facility power distribution. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine inspections, diagnosing issues, troubleshooting electrical faults, and completing timely corrective and preventive maintenance while adhering to safety standards and regulations. The role involves reading and interpreting electrical schematics, coordinating with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime, and documenting work performed in maintenance systems. The Electrician will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending system upgrades, efficiency enhancements, and safe work practices. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong knowledge of electricity and practical electrical work skills in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Candidates should possess experience in maintenance & repair of electrical equipment, systems, and production machinery. Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely. Candidates should possess foundational understanding of electrical engineering principles relevant to power distribution and control systems. Relevant technical certification or licensure as an Electrician (state or equivalent) preferred. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. Demonstrated commitment to electrical safety standards, OSHA regulations, and use of appropriate PPE. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with maintenance, engineering, and production teams.
