This individual will play a key role in developing and executing bespoke strategic partnerships, including separately managed accounts and “fund-of-one” mandates, working closely with senior leadership, investment teams, and clients. The role sits at the intersection of investing, structuring, and capital formation, requiring familiarity with ABF / IGPC across investing, banking, and/or structuring.RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to originate, evaluate, and execute bespoke strategic partnership solutions, including separately managed “fund-of-one” mandatesLead or support the development of strategic partnership proposals from concept generation through executionCollaborate with investment teams to define portfolio construction approaches and articulate ABF / IGPC strategies to investorsTranslate complex alternatives strategies into clear, compelling client-facing materialsDraft and deliver tailored LP proposals, presentations, and investment materialsCoordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Controllers, and Tax to support execution and ongoing client managementRespond to investor inquiries and support diligence across institutional, private wealth, and third-party distribution channelsDevelop and maintain client materials, including portfolio construction analyses, performance reporting, quarterly updates, and RFP responsesAssist in managing client portfolios, including performance monitoring and data analysisTrack pipeline activity for strategic partnership opportunities and support ongoing development of existing mandatesDrive process development and documentation to improve team efficiency and scalabilityPrepare materials for senior leadership discussions, client meetings, and internal approvalsLeverage technology and data tools to support investor tracking, portfolio monitoring, and co-investment opportunitiesServe as a resource to internal stakeholders by providing insight on ABF / IGPC strategies and platform capabilitiesQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field with a strong academic recordSenior Associate: ~3–5 years of relevant experienceVice President: ~5–8+ years of relevant experienceRelevant experience in Asset Management, Investment Banking, Structured Credit, Private Credit, or related fieldsFamiliarity with Asset-Based Finance (ABF) and/or Investment Grade Private Credit (IGPC), including exposure through investing, structuring, underwriting, or advisory rolesStrong interest in private markets and alternatives investingExcellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insightsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workCollaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordSelf-motivated with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects forwardPolished, professional presence with the ability to represent the firm effectivelyPREFERRED ATTRIBUTESExperience supporting customized mandates, SMAs, or structured partnership solutionsExposure to investor-facing roles, capital formation, or client coverageFamiliarity with portfolio construction across private credit or multi-asset alternativesPosting Date: 2026-06-08
