Activities Leader

What We’re Looking For…We are seeking a full-time Activities Leader who will assist in planning and implementing resident activities in our skilled nursing facility. This person, as part of an activity team effort, will plan and implement person-specific activity programming, including one-to-one interventions, small and large group activities, documentation of participation/attendance records, evaluating residents' activity plans and completing assessments as indicated per the care plan schedule. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, patient, have a positive attitude and work well with the elderly population.
