Float Patient Care Coordinator

Pride Health is hiring a Float Patient Care Coordinator to support our client's medical facility in Southborough, MA 01772. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (Possibility of conversion or extension) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details:

• Location: Southborough, MA 01772
• Job Type: 3+ months (Possibility of extension or conversion)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am-4:30 pm
• Pay Range: $18-19/hr. on W2

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.

Float Coverage to Milford, Framingham, Westboro, MA Specific Duties:

• Check in patients for Laboratory and Radiology appointments.
• Triage patients to the appropriate department based on their visit.
• Release Lab and Radiology orders using Epic.
• Request missing provider orders when necessary.
• Prepare imaging CDs for patient pickup.
• Verify patient information and ensure accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Follow organizational policies and HIPAA guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR is a plus.
