Job Description Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the Chef, especially grilling, sauté, frying and pizza skills a plus. Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line. Food preparation and portioning prior to service. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time. Qualifications Four years experience in a full service restaurant. Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment. Looking for full-time (40 hours) with flexible schedule covering days, evenings and weekends.
