Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using various evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to specific needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring clear goals and interventions are articulated to guide clients on their paths to healing.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning as needed, prioritizing client safety and well-being.

• Document all interactions and maintain meticulous records in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, providing clients with supportive community connections while enhancing their therapeutic experience.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
