Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with patients to facilitate open communication and effective counseling.

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and behavioral problems.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that are reflective of each patient’s unique history, needs, and goals.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions and evaluate patient progress through ongoing assessments, adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Lead support groups and family therapy sessions, fostering an environment of mutual support and shared experiences.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care and refer clients to specialists when required.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
