Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a trusting relationship with patients to facilitate effective counseling sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You will work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and co-occurring disorders, utilizing a strength-based approach that empowers them to overcome life’s obstacles.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.

• Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based practice methods for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic skills with a proven ability to motivate clients toward positive change.

Experience in providing therapy in a remote setting, familiarity with telehealth platforms, and a background in working with diverse populations will be advantageous.
