Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a strong, positive rapport with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, adapting methods and techniques to meet varying needs.

• Perform ongoing evaluations of client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to promote the most effective outcomes.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders while employing evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Provide referrals to other specialists within the organization as needed, fostering an integrated approach to overall client care.

• Document client progress and treatment details in compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be serving a varied client population, including individuals battling mental health disorders, relationship dynamics, and family issues. Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT licensure in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
