Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Thoroughly assess clients' needs through diagnostic interviews and evidence-based assessment tools, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and challenges.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and systemic therapy, to guide clients towards their desired outcomes.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other professionals within the center, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and center policies.

Qualifications\n
