Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for couples and individual clients.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions, both collaboratively with couples and individually, addressing various mental health and behavioral issues.
\n
• Using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients dealing with issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, and communications challenges.

• Providing support for blended families navigating remarriage issues, job stress, and the adjustments surrounding separation or divorce.
\n
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse range of clients, including adults and children/adolescents. You will directly impact helping families navigate their challenges and improving communication and relationships within the family unit. Whether addressing deep-seated issues such as psychological abuse or momentary conflicts among family members, your clinical expertise will drive positive change in the lives of those you serve.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in the following areas will be preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous base salary, you will enjoy:
