Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in regular meetings with staff to collaborate on client care and share therapeutic strategies, including group supervision sessions and one-on-one consultations with a clinical supervisor.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health challenges and develop individualized treatment plans that target specific goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to provide individualized therapy sessions aimed at fostering mental resilience and encouraging personal growth.

• Establish treatment objectives in collaboration with clients, continually monitoring and adapting approaches based on their response to therapy.

• Offer teletherapy options for remote sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing transportation challenges or health concerns.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to uphold compliance with ethical standards and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A current state-issued LMFT license to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
