Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a defined caseload by establishing therapeutic rapport and cultivating trust with clients, facilitating a positive therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor progress, evaluate treatment plans, and discuss readiness for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Design, implement, and adjust individualized, person-centered treatment plans, ensuring they reflect the client’s evolving needs and objectives.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and case notes to uphold compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand client histories and present concerns, laying the groundwork for effective intervention strategies.

• Deliver individual counseling sessions, applying evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through individual supervision and collaborative case reviews with other healthcare providers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current, unrestricted, and independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and software (such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY) to manage client information and documentation.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities.

• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Additional experience or training in specialized therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, or family systems therapy will be beneficial.
