Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran What you will have an opportunity to do: We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused leader to join our team as Fitness Attendant. The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record in providing exceptional service, is open to learning and responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team. This individual will engage with and provide an exemplary service experience for guests while maintaining a clean and well-organized fitness environment. They will work closely with the team to provide a clean and safe fitness environment for guests. They will maintain an energetic presence in the fitness area. Your Role: Enhance the guest experience while in the fitness center Ensure the equipment is in safe and operating condition Greet and engage with guests, setting the example for customer service best practices Maintain the cleanliness of the fitness center Have knowledge of the fitness area and the resort/hotel Ensure policies are followed in all point-of-sale operations Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking a sincere interest Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right Work closely with the team to ensure the retail store is kept clean and organized Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information What are we looking for? Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays A high school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience A strong desire to make an impact on other people An outgoing and engaging personality Strong computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced setting Compensation Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
