Reporting to the Supervisor, Cash Applications ,

the Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible forperforming daily processing of all lockbox checks by applying to accounts receivable or GL accounts and adjusting discrepancies. Serve as liaison between the Accounts Receivable Department and company banks.

This position is part of the Hach Credit/Collections - USA Corporate Finance located in Loveland, COand will beonsite.

In this role, a typical day will look like: Apply all lockbox checks. Process vouchers for invoices in DOM1 territory (New Jersey). Mail scanning. Prepare Amazon remittance. Run unapplied payments report, research and apply to AR invoices. Verifies ACH, Wires, CAD EFT’s, and Remote Deposits. Backup for processing Remote Deposits. Backup for Credit Cards. Backup for processing CAD EFTs. Backup for Process lien waivers. The essential requirements of the job include:

High School Diploma or GED required. Basic knowledge of accounting preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience in office environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and work processing preferred. Basic math skills required. Proficient on 10-key required.

An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $27.00 - $29.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
