Our client, the healthcare industry, is seeking a Broker and Sales Support Specialist to join their team. As a Broker and Sales Support Specialist, you will be part of the customer service and support department supporting health insurance and Medicare support teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Meridian, Idaho

Pay Range: $29.80 hourly

What's the Job?

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective members and broker partners.
• Educate consumers on Medicare and Individual health insurance products.
• Answer questions related to benefits, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
• Provide guidance through enrollment and coverage options.
• Refer qualified prospects to licensed brokers when appropriate.

What's Needed?

• 2-3+ years of experience in health insurance, Medicare sales support, broker support, or related healthcare environments.
• Active Idaho Resident Health Insurance License required at time of hire.
• Ability to successfully complete Medicare, compliance, product, and YHI training requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and health insurance plans preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
