Role Responsibilities Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments Perform hardware characterization on a variety of systems Measure film properties, organize data, and interpret data Troubleshoot moderately complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve moderately difficult process engineering issues Generate internal documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports Interact with customers to resolve process engineering issues Identify, select, and work with vendors and suppliers Implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation Minimum Qualifications Graduating with a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Previous internship or related field experience Demonstrated leadership experience Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus Flexible and adaptable mindset who thrives in a results‑driven culture Comfortable with fast-paced and intense working environment. Familiar with inkjet process, photoresist and etch. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
