Responsible for leading a large team of over 30 employees, this role ensures excellence in customer service, quality control, and efficient management of resources to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a large team of over 30 staff members
• Oversee customer service standards to maintain elevated dining experiences
• Strong wine and cocktail experience
• Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
• Create and maintain staff schedules to optimize coverage
• Monitor budgets and control costs effectively
• Maintain quality control across all dining operations
• Facilitate training and professional development for team members
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to restaurant performance

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in restaurant management
